Trattoria Barbagia al Mare

We had lunch on September 3rd, gorgeous place, mouth-watering lunch😋 wonderful beaches, fabulous sea... highly recommended....... Tullio and Pina...

Food was simple and yet absolutely mouth-watering. Staff was super super welcoming and even gave us a digestif after the meal along with some extra treats. Right by the beach too! Definitely coming again. Can't wait to return.

The staff were incredibly helpful and super welcoming and could speak English, Italian and French which was very useful for me and some of the other people there. the meal was mouth-watering and incredibly well-priced (definitely would recommend the homemade pistachio pannacotta). Definitely a bit of a hidden gem. Can't wait to return.

"To be fair, This was the best place we ate at in Li Cuncheddi. We came here five times in one week, tried almost the whole menu, and were very happy every time. the meal is fresh, tasty, and well prepared. There are many local Sardinian dishes, including mouth-watering fregula pasta. The pizza is fantastic, the desserts are pretty incredible, and I have never had such tasty eggplant anywhere else. Everyone working at the restaurant is very kind and super welcoming. After coming here so many times, they started to feel almost like family to us. The service is very fast, even when the restaurant is busy. I would still recommend booking a table in advance, just to make things easier for both you and the staff. We will definit…"

E il ristorante x questioni di lavoro che vado spesso a mangiare bisognano premiati per la loro costanza difficilmente sbagliano un piatto o cercato di cambiare ma non c, 'e ne per nessuno i due piatti che vado pazzo zuppetta di cozze in rosso e fregola per il dessert provate la cocoi la fanno solamente Barbagia al mare

And the restaurant for work reasons that I often go to eat, they need to be rewarded for their consistency, they hardly ever make a mistake in a dish or tried to change but there is nothing, and neither for any of the two dishes that I am crazy about: mussel soup in red and fregola for dessert, try the cocoi, they only make it in Barbagia al mare A great find.

The inland Sardinia, far from the sea, which for centuries has also lived off nougat. A poor Sardinia, where street vendors would set out from the inland villages to sell nougat on the coast, where it was often the only sweet treat at First Communions and Confirmations. And they would return home with Vernaccia, the fruit of barter, because money was scarce. Non è solo una trattoria. È una storia di famiglia. Una storia che scopri poco alla volta perché, mentre vieni servita, vieni anche trasportata nel racconto affascinante di una Sardegna che, almeno io, conoscevo poco. Quella dell’interno, lontana dal mare, che da secoli vive anche di torrone. Una Sardegna povera, in cui i venditori ambulanti partivano dai paesi dell’interno per vendere il torrone sulla costa, dove era spesso l’unico dolce delle comunioni e delle cresime. E tornavano a casa con la vernaccia, frutto del baratto, perché di soldi ce n’erano pochi. Così, nelle feste dei paesi del centro dell’isola, ci si ubriacava di vernaccia anche dove non c’era una sola vigna. E mentre asco… Da provare assolutamente.
